Responsibilities:
- Processing of customer calls, complaints and orders in the IT system
- Creation of credit notes and reports
- Coordination of customer-specific activities
- Proactive coordination with customers and internal departments
- Close cooperation with team leaders, key account managers
- In-house customer support including inventory support
- Complaints processing in close coordination with production
- Maintenance and control of customer, product and shipping data
- Participation in training and support in telesales activities
