So, what’s the job?
You’ll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, working to provide a positive customer experience for all customers
You’ll be required to handle general enquiries and complaints in line with our policies
You’ll answer calls and emails from both external customers and internal stakeholders
You’ll work to meet the KPI’s and quality expectations of the role
You’ll build relationships and rapport with customers, the cornerstone of our success!

Insurance is the name of the game, but don’t worry if you haven’t played before, we are happy to show you the ropes… just bring your customer service experience!
You’ll be able to articulate yourself well, both verbally and through written means
You’ll work well within your team and be able to work toward shared goals when required
You’ll possess previous customer service or sales experience (bonus points for KPI’s!)
You’ll have a quick eye and attention for detail, and be able to use that information wisely
You’ll be on top of your deadlines and match our positive and follow-through attitude
You’ll have a passion for helping customers with enquiries and share their love for travel
You’ll be available to work a rotating roster Monday-Sunday between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM
What’s the salary?
We want you to be just as excited to work with us, as we are with you, and we understand that salary can be an important factor when looking into the future. We are able to offer a competitive salary of $60,000 AUD in addition to superannuation and any penalty rates you might accrue.
In addition, you will be able to work toward achieving your short-term incentive plan (known as STIP) which can see you earn up to 5% of your salary in addition!
