MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum Customer Service department experience

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Fluent Italian and basic English
  • Microsoft Office package (especially Excel)

Responsibilities:

A list of the main responsibilities and percentage of time spent in each responsibility or group of responsibilities:

A (80%):

  • Order management in the ERP system
  • Sending of purchase orders to vendors (intercompany or third parties)
  • Delivery time monitoring interacting with vendors
  • Monitoring and managing deliveries to the customer
  • Sales orders invoices creation and support in solving eInvoicing issues
  • Support to finance department for solving issues linked to purchase orders and sales orders
  • Manage any product return process following the reverse process from customer to the warehouse

B (20%):

  • Contribute and encourage an atmosphere of continuous improvement by championing the OE strategy
  • Collaboration with the IT department for any changes to the ERP that may be necessary to streamline the management of the order management process
  • Responsible for ensuring the consistency, efficiency and effectiveness of the distribution chain process, acting as a link between the purchasing, logistics, order management and sales functions
  • Interface with Sales & Marketing colleagues during periodic meetings, to analyze ongoing projects, any points for improvement and propose solutions (maintain a high standard of communication and reporting on projects progress)
  • Oversee operations and deliveries, focusing on effective order fulfillment to continuously delight our customers
