Description:
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR (M/F/D)
We are looking for a committed and flexible employee (m/f/d) to lead our customer service team in Germany as a Customer Service Supervisor (m/f/d).
Responsibilities:
- Management of the customer service/telesales team (functional and disciplinary)
- Ensuring service and quality standards
- Operational responsibility for the day-to-day business/pharmacy
- Permanent analysis and control of KPI’s
- Analyses, profitability calculations for measures in the area of customer service/pharmacy
- Monthly sales reporting
- Continuous development of employees in customer service/telesales
- Interdepartmental cooperation with the marketing department
- Participation in congresses and trade fairs
- Management and organization of telesales/marketing training
- Preparation of monthly sales figures for pharmacy direct business
