Description:

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR (M/F/D)

We are looking for a committed and flexible employee (m/f/d) to lead our customer service team in Germany as a Customer Service Supervisor (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

  • Management of the customer service/telesales team (functional and disciplinary)
  • Ensuring service and quality standards
  • Operational responsibility for the day-to-day business/pharmacy
  • Permanent analysis and control of KPI’s
  • Analyses, profitability calculations for measures in the area of customer service/pharmacy
  • Monthly sales reporting
  • Continuous development of employees in customer service/telesales
  • Interdepartmental cooperation with the marketing department
  • Participation in congresses and trade fairs
  • Management and organization of telesales/marketing training
  • Preparation of monthly sales figures for pharmacy direct business
