As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, driving revenue renewals, churn reduction, upselling and cross-selling of add on products to include payments.

As a Customer Success Associate, you will:

  • Act as an advocate between clients and the company.
  • Identify a need for upselling and cross-selling payments or other add on products.
  • Contact and follow up with customers to meet revenue renewal objectives.
  • Enter information into customer success tools and databases.
  • Implement projects, procedures and customer touchpoints to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze the customer lifecycle and journey; including touch points, early signals of at-risk renewals, email outreach, and opportunities for upsell of existing or cross sell products.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

This position follows established policies and procedures to keep confidential information secure.

  • Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer service tools and processes.
  • Experience working with customer databases and CRMs, preferred.
  • Experience working with a customer success platform, preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, and good voice quality and tone.

Additional Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong initiative and sound decision-making ability
  • Ability to sit prolonged periods at a desk, working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
