We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team!
Packetlabs is a Cybersecurity firm built by an ethical hacker after seeing vulnerability assessments presented as penetration tests. Our slogan “Ready for more than a VA scan?” drives at the importance of not providing our clients with a false sense of security. We are a passionate team of highly trained, proactive, ethical hackers. We provide expert-level penetration testing services that are thorough and tailored to help foster a safe digital space where everyone has the right to privacy and security. To do so, we only hire individuals with the same drive and passion.
At Packetlabs, we know that a high-performing sales team is the key to sustained, consistent growth. That’s why we’re seeking an additional Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. The CSM is responsible for retaining accounts by contributing and strengthening client relationships. To this end, the CSM proactively engages with clients to identify and close opportunities that expand the use of services. The goal is to consistently achieve sales and NPS targets. The CSM will engage other departments when necessary to ensure high client satisfaction when resolving issues. An active member of the sales team, the CSM continually strives to improve overall team performance.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO

  • Is always learning. Sales continue to evolve, and we’re looking for someone who is aware of their skillset and always looking to improve.
  • Is humble. Egos don’t have a place at Packetlabs.
  • Has a proven sales development track record, with at least two years of experience in similar roles.
  • Demonstrates energy and a sense of urgency when executing day-to-day responsibilities, and is capable of working independently, internally driven to succeed
  • Is a supportive team player with a strong team-first mentality
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Is adept with consultative selling, has the ability to connect capabilities with benefits through storytelling, and is able to build strategic relationships
  • Has the ability to build influential relationships throughout an organization, experience dealing with a number of stakeholders at once
  • Has a strong understanding of sales metrics (KPIs) and can translate activities to outcomes.
  • An excellent communicator who captures the requirements and effectively communicates with prospects, clients and the broader team.
  • Passionate about helping companies and organizations protect themselves against cyber attacks

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and up-hold Packetlab’s values, demonstrate professionalism at all times, look for innovative, creative solutions, and treat everyone with the utmost respect
  • Understand the client’s pain and how Packetlabs is the solution to alleviate this pain
  • Manage and expand the client’s account by nurturing relationships, be a trusted advisor
  • Respond to questions quickly, build trust, keep internal teams up to date with client’s progress
  • Keeps the sales pipeline full, conducts daily, measurable sales activity that eventually leads to closed sales
  • Engage the client in a meaningful way and know how to prioritize the client’s needs
  • Build genuine relationships with the client’s best interests at heart, accurately record and track client changes within the CRM
  • Be continually curious, ask for client input to gain information that helps Packetlabs better serve the client
