Description:
Your responsibilities
- Engaging with customers and managing daily requests within the Finnish market
- Handling service requests for repairs, including registration, shipping coordination, and spare parts order processing
- Providing accurate repair cost estimates and managing invoicing
- Tracking and managing loaner equipment, along with maintaining master data and the installed base
- Managing customer complaints with a focus on timely resolution
Your qualification
- 1 year of experience in administrative customer service or support roles, with a preference of a customer-facing background
- Prior experience in handling hospital goods or high-end/complex goods is considered a plus
- Demonstrates full proficiency in both written and spoken Finnish and English, with Swedish proficiency considered an advantageous asset
- Highly customer-oriented, with the ability to work independently while staying service-minded
- Known for being accurate, structured, and well-organized, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs
- Capable of thriving in a high-volume work environment, delivering excellent and efficient customer support
- Maintains a courteous and receptive atmosphere for coworkers and other stakeholders
- Approachable and social, fostering strong relationships with customers and team members alike
