Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
To manage Cyber Security Governance Risk and Compliance operations of Bupa Arabia.
1 - Cyber Security Governance:
- Develop and document quality governance processes for Cyber initiatives, BAU, policies/standards, contracts, etc.
- Ensure the processes are aligned to clear objectives and have oversight/review frequencies.
- Implement continuous improvement cycle for existing processes.
2 - Cyber Security Risk Management:
- Design and implement a Cyber Security risk management process.
- Analyze current risks and identify potential risks that affect the company
- Evaluate the current managing of risks and compare potential risks with criteria set by the company such as costs and legal requirements
- Educate management on the most significant risks to the business to ensure they understand the risks that might affect their departments and ensure individuals understand their own accountability for individual risks
3 - Compliance Management:
- Manage legal / regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ensure periodic assessment of the efficiency of Cyber Security control systems and recommend effective improvements.
- Evaluate Cyber Security procedures to identify potential risks or common issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to review their respective compliance with Cyber Security policies.
- Implement programs to perform periodic reviews on company procedures and processes.
SKILLS
- Proficient in local regulations such as SAMA and NCA frameworks and Standards
- Experience in development and execution of complex Cyber Security programs.
- Knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management etc.
- Knowledge of various operating systems including but not limited to Windows, Linux, Unix
- Knowledge of applications, databases, middleware to address security threats against the same.
- Proficient in preparation of reports, dashboards, and documentation
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience in vendor management
- Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders
- Good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
