It is an exciting time to be joining our friendly IT directorate at RBG, Kew. In this role you will be working as part of the Enterprise Systems team ensuring effective operation, administration and maintenance of RBG Kew’s business-related systems on a daily basis providing almost 365 cover. The Support Analyst provides day-to-day support to User Groups across Kew as well as playing an integral part in the support of the back-end systems that underpin all the Organisations IT needs.
We offer a hybrid working option where the successful candidate can work 2/3 days in the office per week, subject to operational requirements. For the first month, you would be expected to work on site for 5 days per week.
