Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The real estate market is undergoing an exciting and significant change driven by data and technology. We therefore need to expand our research team in Stockholm with a new colleague. The main focus of this role will be to collect, verify and upload data generated within our business areas as well as data collected from other open sources. In the role, you will establish contact with the local team as well as provide support to the continental European (CE) research platform. This is an exciting opportunity for you to gain your expertise about the commercial real estate and how the market trends and economy impact values for properties.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare regular and quarterly research reports and presentations for internal and external purposes and further enhancement of these.
- Review and evaluate collected Swedish commercial real estate data and secure data quality, consistency, accuracy, and comprehensiveness.
- Automate manual tasks and reports by making intelligent use of available ETL and dashboarding software.
- Contribute to the rollout of the Core Enablement Platform in Sweden in collaboration with the CE Digital & Technology team.Provide data-driven input into Thought Leadership program in Sweden.
