Job Title: Data Analyst (Power BI - Dashboard/Report)
Location: North York, Ontario, Canada Onsite

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Mandatory Skills:
Data Analyst (Power BI - Dashboard/Report):
Excellent knowledge of Power BI, Charting Widgets and Connectors to various data sources
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem solving skills with quick learning ability and adaptability to change.
Should have a high standard of integrity and confidentiality.
Good to have knowledge of SQL, Azure
Responsibilities:
Create data-driven dashboards, reports, and charts to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
Develop interactive and intuitive data visualizations using BI tools mainly Power BI.
Optimize and streamline data visualization processes to improve efficiency and performance.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency in the visualizations.
Collaborate with teams to gather data and understand the requirements.
Comfortable with advanced Power BI topics such as complex calculations using DAX, Power Automate, custom visualizations, parameters, manage roles, Data Modelling, merge/append queries, query optimization, enterprise gateways & migration along with get data from multiple sources, transform data, Import/Direct Query, Power Query Editor, etc.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in data visualization and implement best practices.
