Hiring: Data Engineer’s (Mid + Senior experience) - Required: Fluent with the Finnish language
Our team at Nigel Frank are recruiting for a Azure Data Engineer to sign a permanent contract directly with our customer.

We are a global company, and for more than 11 years we have had a team focused on specifically the Finnish market. The positions that this team hire for require people to be located within Finland and with a permanent working visa.
I’m looking for an experienced professional, who is able to effectively communicate with customers to understand their business requirements, you must then be able to clearly communicate in technical terms to the development team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Gathering business requirements and translating them into technical language.
• An understanding of Architectural concepts and methodologies.
• Industry experience in hands-on implementation, including Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT data pipeline development and Infrastructure.
• Capability and experience of working in a team and independently to methodically manage workloads and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong cloud knowledge and hands-on experience in any of the three major cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Experience in developing Data Warehouses, ETL/ELT, Data Integration’s, and infrastructure.
• Experience using Data Modelling tools to create Architecture or the enthusiasm to develop in this area is desired.
• Strong communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial skills and the drive to continue to develop your skills.
