As Delivery Manager in our Digital Transformation Program, you will be catering to the eCommerce & Digital track deliverables in the program and support enabling the overall business growth and digitalization of GN Hearing globally. As part of the program, you will align and collaborate closely with the Business Track Lead and the Commercial Business Delivery representing GN Hearing. In addition to the program leadership team, IT line management, and the specific executing scrum teams on the track.
The team you will be part of
At our global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, you will be part of the digital transformation program overseeing the delivery of our international Digital Experience team in GN IT, working specifically with our hearing aid business division.
You will work with a diverse global team and report to Anette Plastaras Feldthus, Head of the Digital Experience Team.
Our digital scrum teams are currently organized into 3 teams with approximately 25 members, who all work primarily virtually, as they are distributed in several geographical locations.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering digital contributions to the Digital Transformation Program by which you also represent the track on elevated planning events.
  • Ensuring progress together with your peers in Group IT and across the organization.
  • Setting clear expectations and ongoing aligning with development teams, business stakeholders, and program management.
  • Communicating progress, status, and issues to e.g. the Delivery Director and the line management organization.
  • Identifying and resolving risks and impediments continuously throughout the program.

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you have:

  • A higher educational background within computer science, IT,
  • engineering, business or other relevant fields of study.
  • Project and people leadership experience, whereby you possess the ability to deliver projects and ensure team performance to meet deliverables. Achieve this through the mentoring of influential collaborators, stimulating team involvement, and upholding a high-performance ethos in a web-based organization.
  • Well-developed stakeholder management abilities with solid experience in building relationships and securing buy-in from senior leadership stakeholders across functions and divisions.
  • Solid skills in communication and presentation are necessary to clearly and effectively share complex information in a corporate setting, catering to a range of positions within the organization.
  • The ability to communicate fluently in English both orally and in writing.

You are well-suited to environments that constantly shift, skillfully juggling current responsibilities with a steady gaze on future aims.
In addition, we consider it to be a clear advantage, if you are familiar with the SAFe framework since we in Group IT are moving towards implementing it across the organization, as our company-wide way of working.
