At Databricks we are on a mission to empower our customers to solve the world’s toughest data problems with the Data Intelligence Platform. As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA), you will play an important role during this journey. You will collaborate with our sales and field engineering teams to accelerate the adoption and growth of the Databricks platform in your accounts. As a DSA, you will help ensure customer success in their use cases by providing the required architecture support and technical depth, also leveraging other internal teams to assist some of our most complex customers who need that guidance to accelerate usage on Databricks workloads that they have already selected.
This is a hybrid technical and commercial role. It is technical in the sense that you are expected to become the post-sales technical lead across all Databricks products and committed customer workloads on their path to live.This requires you to use your skills and technical credibility to engage and communicate at all levels with an organization. This is in parallel to being commercial, in the sense that you will own and drive growth in your assigned customers and committed use cases through leading your customers’ stakeholders, owning technical relationships and orchestrating other internal teams as needed, identifying other opportunities, with an ability to plan and tenacity as important skills.
You will report to a DSA manager and be part of Field Engineering.
