At InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking to for a Demi Chef de Partie to join the culinary team.

we are looking to recruit a Demi Chef de Partie to complete our culinary team. Working alongside other highly skilled professional chefs we are looking for someone who wants to develop their own skills and knowledge and grow within the team. You will be preparing and cooking high quality dishes, ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy, helping with training the junior chefs working with you. You will be working across the different areas of the business with your main area of focus being on the banqueting.

Our Demi Chef de Parties are :

• Passionate about delivering great service and great food and drinks.
• Have 2 Years’ experience as a Commis Chef in 4/5* Hotel or restaurant.
• Confident to lead, making time to provide in the moment feedback that helps to drive individual development and performance.
• Have experience with working in all sections of the kitchen.
• Willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team.
