EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES

• BsC University Degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming
• Strong technical skills in database development
• Experience with ABAP and ERP / ECC / S4HANA is an advantage
• Good English language skills written and oral
• Understanding of test automation tools and concepts
• Customer handling and communication with a service attitude
• Cloud development processes/paradigms
• Open-minded, problem-solving attitude and positive spirit
• Creative thinking, willingness, and ability to learn quickly new concepts and technologies.
• Knowledge of Agile Software Engineering methods
• Business knowledge in the area of Supply Chain Management might be beneficial
  Experiences in the following technologies and concepts are considered as an advantage: SQL/SQL Script/RDBMS, HANA DB, REST/OData protocols

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 1-4 years of experience in the software development process of complex applications especially in the development of cloud-based applications.

SAP SCM solutions have achieved a leading market position and are used by more than 2,500 customers worldwide. We are aiming to innovate the SCM product portfolio through Integrated Business Planning and S/4HANA.
SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) is a cloud solution that enables companies to react quickly to customer demands and expectations and helps them handle changes and shortages in the supply chain by generating a short to mid-term supply plan, based on prioritized and categorized demand such as orders and forecasts.

The development and maintenance of SAP Integrated Business Planning is fueled by various customer engagements and the collaboration between several teams in different locations. You will be a member of an inspired team focusing on the backend planning functionality of Supply and Response Management. The main technologies used is ABAP, SQL, and SQL script. Changing technologies and system environments require your flexibility. Teamwork and collaboration with others is part of your daily business.
