We are currently looking for a Digital Asset & Content Senior Specialist for the Business as Usual (BAU) stream, in Krakow, Poland.
In this position you will serve as the primary liaison between the Cybrarian team, global cross-functional teams, and external agencies. Your role will involve managing the BAU stream of Marketing Work Management (MWM), including budget oversight, and acting as the initial point of escalation for the Cybrarian team. You will also be responsible for developing and improving policies and workflows related to content management.

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as the Product Owner for the BAU stream of MWM, including budget management.
  • Serve as the initial point of escalation for the Cybrarian team for queries, approval of exception processes, and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with the team to mature policies and workflows for:

o Content ingestion
o Metadata management
o Smart tagging
o Asset stitching
o Watermarking
o Quality control
o User management
o Service catalogue, SLAs, and token usage

o Asset lifecycle management

  • Approve and assign user roles within both the front end (Brand Central) and back end (Brand Central Manager) of the DAM.
  • Ensure the ongoing development and maintenance of onboarding and training materials to promote optimal user adoption, acting as a principal advocate.
  • Monitor and report on metrics related to requests raised in Workfront and generate additional ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Proactively gather feedback on the function and performance of the service to feed into the development backlog for Workfront, Brand Central, and Brand Central Manager.
  • Assist the Head of Digital Asset & Process Management and other team members in creating materials for presentations and other communications.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Information Management, Library Science, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, or experience in digital assets
  • Proven experience in content asset management or a related field.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficient in managing multiple partners and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems and related technologies; experience with MDM Workfront is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of metadata management, smart tagging, and asset lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements and standard processes in content management.
  • Analytical skills focused on optimizing digital assets management activities.
