In order to achieve Vestas’ growth targets for the coming years a fundamental shift in how we operate - commercially as well as operationally - is required. Digitalization is a key element of this shift in operation. The Digital Customer Channels & Experience department within Digital Solutions is responsible for managing the digital customer channels including building digital products targeting Vestas’ customers. We are in the process of maturing and expanding our in-house digital product teams who are responsible for designing, building, and continuously optimizing our digital products following a product-led operating model. As our new Digital Channel Manager, you will join the Product Area Connected Customer Channels and be primarily responsible for engaging with the Vestas teams in the regions and with customers to ensure they get the most value by utilizing the digital solutions. Connected Customer Channels currently consists of four product teams focusing on various types of customer self-service. You will also work closely with the other Digital Channel Managers who are focusing on our e-commerce offering and our advanced analytics offering.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelors or Master degree with 3+ years’ experience from working in Communication, Product Marketing, Customer Support, Account Management or as a Business Analyst
  • Alternatively, you have 3+ years’ experience from working in a specialist role where you have supported projects or rollouts of new digital solutions to customers within a B2B industry
  • Experience from working in a global company successfully navigating a matrix set-up including both global and regional functions
  • Experience from engaging directly with customers
  • Fluency in English, especially written should be on very high level - Danish is not a prerequisite

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Vestas regional organizations and customers to promote digital products, increase adoption, and equip them as ambassadors
  • Develop clear and compelling product positioning and key messaging highlighting the product’s unique value proposition
  • Create and maintain professional, high-quality training materials, presentations, and content such as webinars, case studies, and posts
  • Analyze data and adoption levels to execute activities with product and regional teams, and continuously gather customer insights and feedback
  • Work closely with product teams, regional teams, and Digital Customer Support to ensure smooth execution of product launches and strengthen support processes
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape
  • Ensure compliance in collaboration with the Legal department
