Description:
MAIN OBJECTIVE
As a Manager within the Four Principles Digital Transformation Team, you will be involved in project teams focused on digital transformation, digital products management, solutions development, and business transformation by analyzing business processes and deriving Digital Transformation agendas for our clients and support the further development of FP Digital Transformation approach incl. services related to IT Governance, Data Analytics, Applications, Agile, Emerging Technology (AI, Process Mining, RPA, IoT and Industry 4.0).
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 5+ years of experience in a consultancy and thereby a deep understanding of professional consulting
- Experience in a client facing, digital consulting role
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Understanding of complex business processes of any kind
- Knowledge in IT architectures and emerging technologies like AI, RPA, IoT and Cloud Solutions
- Experience with SAP or Oracle is a plus
- Willingness to frequently travel to Saudi Arabia
EDUCATION
Master’s and/or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Responsibilities:
- Add value to our clients by helping them address complex issues, deliver sustainable results and demonstrate real impact
- Plan and execute workshops with clients to define the scope and approach for data driven analyses and customer journey design
- Lead digital transformation strategies to improve clients business processes, enhance their customer experience, and drive innovation.
- Advise clients, design and implement digital solutions that can help transform clients’ organisations
- Understand business problems from various industries and structure the analytical approach, using advanced analytical tools and statistical techniques
- Take accountability for your role on projects and escalate accordingly when needed
- Lead the continuous improvement of digital products to ensure deliver maximum value
- Assist in client acquisitions and actively support senior managers/principals with business development
- Able to align with project sponsors and cross-functional teams regarding outcomes, decisions, targets etc. across all levels within a client’s organization
- Develop and implement innovative solutions that support client business transformation
- Collaborate with teams to develop, design and implement data-driven solutions that support business transformation
- Communicate complex ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, in English (Arabic is a plus) to all hierarchy levels in an organization
- Support the advancement of Four Principles’ digitization capabilities
- Provide guidance and training to consultants
