• Build a realistic roadmap for UNS, SCADA+, and MES systems aligned with Knauf’s strategic objectives
• Develop and update globally aligned specifications based on interviews with operators, middle management, specialists, and interdepartmental stakeholders
• Create detailed specifications to ensure smooth development and follow up on the implementation in collaboration with internal and external teams
• Implement solutions in plants, train personnel, and identify improvements for future updates
• Present clear results, propose business solutions, and collaborate effectively with Business and IT teams to drive continuous improvement
