  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a must.
  • Professional certification or training in BI, data visualization, or analytics is a plus.

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 5 years of experience working with Marketing Cloud platforms.
  • Extensive knowledge of database marketing.
  • Experience in working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in leading or facilitating data projects or initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to provide quick solutions and recommendations.
  • Omnichannel Orchestration with SFMC
  • Experience with SalesForce CRM.

Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE

The Cluster Commercial Digital Strategy Team (CDS) mission is to identify and enable the best digital solutions and strategies that create value for our customers and stakeholders in the North Europe Cluster. We are a team of passionate, innovative, and collaborative digital experts who strive to deliver excellence.
The Digital Marketing and SFMC Specialist role is responsible for optimizing the platform and providing technical expertise to scale digital solutions, email marketing campaigns, and data integration. You will work closely with the IT, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that the platform is leveraged to its optimal capabilities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present interval executive-level Salesforce platform demonstrations, and run through all features (i.e., content builder, journey builder, etc.) upon request.
  • Set up and configure data models.
  • Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements.
  • Design platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated email campaigns.
  • Act as a hands-on consultant on wide-scale projects including email marketing campaigns, customer service solutions, data segmentation, and customer journey.
  • Identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issues.
  • Advise teams regarding the latest tech innovations, new business initiatives, third-party solutions, and effective email templates.
  • Optimize internal processes based on team requests, opportunity gaps, and business requirements.
  • Communicate project initiatives to relevant stakeholders
