We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Technology Manager (f/m/d) to play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional digital experiences for our prospects, customers, and partners. You will collaborate with the Marketing Communications team to implement and manage marketing technology solutions that support demand generation initiatives and streamline automated marketing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation:
- Manage and implement campaigns through HubSpot, including but not limited to setting up Lead Capture Forms, email nurtures, workflows, and have an understanding on HTML to make edits to emails.
- Work closely with Content, Field Marketing, - and Inside Sales teams to coordinate and set up automated solutions for email marketing, email deliverability and customer communications.
- Execute demand generation strategies including lead flow optimization, from lead/prospect to opportunity in Salesforce, lead scoring, SLAs and process training.
- Own the marketing nurtures by conducting A/B tests and implementing updates based on results to enhance open and click-through rates.Support Landing Page Development & QA activities.
- Reporting/Analytics:
- Create dashboards and reports within Salesforce, HubSpot and Google Analytics depending on the reporting requirements.
- Manage reporting of marketing KPIs, including building and managing dashboards in Salesforce for generated and influenced opportunities.
- Work with our PowerBI specialist to create real-time dashboard reporting across all marketing tools, including Salesforce, Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn and others.
- Provide regular reporting on the above and suggest recommendations for continued improvement and digital tool optimization.
- Technical Platform Management:
- Own digital marketing tool stack, maintenance, and utilization roadmap.
- Manage the sync between HubSpot and Salesforce to maintain/add fields and resolve sync errors.
- Create highly technical workflows in HubSpot for system processes such as lead qualification, GDPR and sales assignment.
- Support Data Quality activities to ensure clean data flow to other business platforms (Salesforce, etc.) and work closely with legal and compliance to ensure GDPR compliancy.
- Pitch maximization of current tool stack and propose new solutions when needed.
- Test and integrate new platforms with HubSpot utilizing our sandbox to ensure features work as expected before go-live.
- Provide technical campaign support for the marketing team by suggesting creative ways to accomplish their goal with existing tools.
