About the OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Portfolio Coordinator to join our Function based in Adelaide, reporting to the Digital Project Portfolio Manager.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.
The Digital Portfolio Coordinator is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to ensure the successful delivery of the digital project portfolios.
This role is crucial in ensuring that accurate reporting and governance processes are followed, aligning project outcomes with the strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to compile and generate reports on project progress, status, and key performance indicators.
  • Assist in the management and tracking of the digital project portfolio, ensuring that all projects are aligned with the project’s objectives.
  • Supports the configuration and maintenance of the Portfolio Management tool as required.
  • Assist in conducting audits and reviews of project governance processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring continuous compliance.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new team members and vendors ensuring they have access to required equipment, tools, and resources.
  • Provide technical support and expertise in tools such as SharePoint, Power BI, and KeyedIn to enhance project management processes and reporting capabilities.

About YOU

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt and prioritise effectively with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing project needs and priorities.
  • Experience with KeyedIn or similar project portfolio management tools.
  • SQL knowledge and experience desirable.
  • Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
