Radiometer is embarking on a strategic initiative to digitalize our supply chain and manufacturing operations in the coming years, which among others includes transitioning to a new ERP platform (D365FO), implementing new Planning system, new MES systems and build up and OT organization.
To be a key contributor to this strategy, we’re seeking a Digital transformation specialist. This role is a unique combination of technical expertise, business knowledge, and change management, ensuring that digital initiatives align with business goals and are implemented smoothly across the organization.
You will be part of the Global Operations Digital Excellence (GODE) program, located in Brønshøj and working onsite. You’ll report to the Senior Manager of IT Operation Digitalization, who is responsible for the IT part of the GODE program.

THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB INCLUDE:

  • Understanding of the digital landscape and the ability to identifying opportunities for process technological advancement, and crafting strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
  • A deep understanding of current and emerging digital technologies, that spans across areas such as cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and more.
  • Strong change management skills that help us lead our organizations through change and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Possess the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide strategic decisions. Setup KPI’s using analytics to track progress and leveraging insights to optimize digital initiatives.
  • Understanding of customer experience principles. Empathizing with our internal customers, understanding their journeys, and using these insights to drive digital solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as FDA, ISO, or GDPR, and experience in ensuring compliance with these regulations and standards within manufacturing and Supply chain.
  • Experienced in agile approach to manage iterative development and rapid changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and standardize our business processes within Supply Chain and Manufacturing with a digital and global mindset. This to support the implementation of our digital strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT professionals, to define business requirements and develop digital solutions that meet the organization’s supply chain and manufacturing needs and increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive business value.
  • Manage the digital change process, including training and support for employees adapting to new technologies.
  • Conduct research on emerging digital trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and developing metrics and monitoring the performance of digital initiatives to assess their impact and effectiveness.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and cybersecurity best practices in all digital projects.
