QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Third level qualification and/or equivalent level of experience with an emphasis in Supply Chain or Operations
• Demonstrable strategic level of operational and/or supply chain experience
• Strong people skills and the ability to work effectively with people across many different functions
• Competent skills, particularly within Excel, reading and creating reports and conducting analysis for business decisions
• Demonstrates strategic thinking, influencing and change management skills
• Will work collaboratively with Manufacturing teams to understand their constraints and needs at the current time as well as what is anticipated for the future
• Knowledge of Demand Planning and Supply Planning
• Kinaxis Rapid Response / JDE / GME knowledge would be considered an advantage
• In-depth understanding of all aspects of end-to-end supply chain and how we interact with other functions
