EDUCATION:
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- Extensive experience leading data-driven digital marketing initiatives.
- A track record in B2C eCommerce or retail, with a strong focus on data strategy, digital transformation, and marketing innovation.
- A proven team leader who motivates and develops talent.
SKILLS & CAPABILITIES:
- Knowledge of digital marketing technologies, including marketing automation, salesforce automation, predictive marketing, and targeted advertising.
- Experience planning and implementing digital marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, email marketing, display advertising, retargeting, and social media campaigns.
- Expertise in data science methodologies, including predictive analytics, AI, and machine learning, and their application to marketing and sales.
- Experience with conversion optimization, customer segmentation, and personalization to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Advanced level of English

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Fisher Scientific Europe’s data and digital team to strengthen its maturity and capability.
- Improve our data science programs by using predictive analytics, AI, and machine learning to find the best selling and marketing opportunities. Provide these insights to our sales teams and apply them to our marketing channels.
- Generate new customers, identify engaged website visitors, and boost findability for Fishersci products in the digital environment.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and sales operations to devise initiatives that align with sales objectives and targets. Use data science, commercial automation and digital programs to improve sales efficiency and optimization.
- Apply data to personalize customer engagement. Implement digital merchandising strategies to grow the market basket and convert customer sales.
- Help the analytics team draw out actionable insights and implications from customer and marketing data.
- Champion a strong and passionate team culture: Build inclusive work environments, cultivate talent, and encourage cross-functional integration, all while aligning with RSD EU priorities.
- Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, RSD Europe.
