PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in CPG marketing, specifically working with influencers and agencies
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful influencer marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of the regulated category and compliance requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once and achieve timelines
  • Budget experience, understanding key KPIs and P&L drivers for investment spend
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset, understanding the competitive landscape and latest trends
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with an in-depth understanding of analytics and social reporting

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Director of Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships to lead our efforts in building and nurturing relationships that elevate our brand. This role requires the ability to connect with key influencers in the regulated CPG space and will be crucial to adding power to our growing brand. They will lead the development of the influencer GTM strategy and manage the roster of influencers chosen by the team to champion the brand and vision of bringing incredible health and wellness products to consumers across the US. . You will also identify, negotiate, and manage strategic brand partnerships that align with our mission and values. This is a high-impact role that requires creativity, leadership, and a deep understanding of the influencer landscape. This role requires both a keen eye for detail, strong handle on best practices, ability to quickly analyze data, and ability to present key findings to leadership. We’re looking for a high-energy, data-driven strategist who understands the space, tracks the competition, and keeps abreast of the latest trends in the market. As a key leader in the Marketing team you will be instrumental in our shared future success.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with company goals and brand objectives.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key influencers, including celebrities, industry leaders, and micro-influencers.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and performance tracking of influencer marketing campaigns to ensure they meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify emerging trends, industry best practices, and potential influencers to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Content Oversight: Collaborate with influencers to develop compelling and authentic content that resonates with target audiences and supports brand messaging.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, PR, and creative departments, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies and drive results.
  • Compliance and Brand Safety: Ensure all influencer partnerships adhere to legal regulations, industry standards, and brand guidelines to maintain compliance and protect brand reputation.
  • Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with influencers and key industry players to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in influencer marketing and propose innovative strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of industry developments.
