Job Title: Director, Product & Solutions Marketing
Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site at 351 King Street East, Toronto, Ontario)

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Director, of Product & Solutions Marketing will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between Caseware’s product offerings and our commercial teams, ensuring customer-focused positioning that speaks directly to the audit and accounting industry. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, Brian Heath, you will develop compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience, especially those in the audit and accounting fields. This role calls for a deep understanding of both audit and product marketing, ideally suited for someone with a background in audit who has since transitioned into product marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Marketing Expertise: Leverage product marketing skills to understand the needs of the audit and accounting industry, crafting messaging and positioning strategies that effectively communicate the value of Caseware solutions.
  • Client-Centric Focus: Develop messaging that addresses industry pain points and highlights meaningful product features and benefits. Engage with clients directly through service initiatives and customer support efforts to strengthen relationships.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to align product messaging with customer needs and ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation & Positioning: Drive content development and market positioning strategies for Caseware’s portfolio. Lead client-facing engagements and act as a subject matter expert across presentations and promotional efforts.
  • Presentation Skills: Represent Caseware confidently at conferences, webinars, and client meetings, communicating product messaging and industry insights clearly and effectively.
