- Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar upscale or lifestyle hotel environment.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for innovation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. You will lead a passionate team of sales and marketing professionals, developing strategies to attract corporate clients, group bookings, and individual travelers. With your innovative approach and keen understanding of market trends, you will maximize revenue opportunities while maintaining Moxy’s unique brand identity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and industry partners.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
- Responsible for the execution & coordination of the hotel’s marketing strategies and activations.
- Work closely with our Captain in overseeing and creating campaigns for social media, promotional events and marketing materials for internal and external communications
- Conducting market research and trends to promote and highlight our cool and stylish hotel
- Maintain and create relationships with media personnel, social media influencers and customers
- Liase with our Crew to maximize revenue, showcasing your thoughtful, spirited and fun vision
- Develop monthly reports based on marketing performances whilst using marketing analysis tools
