Description:
We are looking for a Director of Sales (M/F) for 3 properties managed by Shaner Ciocco Srl: the Renaissance Tuscany Il Ciocco Resort & Spa, a 4 stars Superior Resort located in Media Valle del Serchio , 30 minutes from Lucca and 45 minutes from Pisa airport (Tuscany), the Autograph Collection Grand Universe, a 4 star Boutique Hotel and Grand Universe La Residenza located in Lucca downtown.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to exceed financial results
- Drive market share , customer satisfactions , employee loyalty and brand strength for the hotels .
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to effectively manage the different sales channels.
- Utilizes on property sales resources and leverages all properties sales engines to deliver results.
- Ensure the development of a strategic account plans for the demand generators in the market.
- Deploy sales team against appropriate market segments.
- Conduct sales calls, prospecting class , site inspections .
- Adhere to the Company’s procedures and rules
