Responsibilities:

The Director, Revenue Operations role plays a crucial part in the overall success of the Revenue organization. This individual will report directly to the VP, Revenue Operations and serve as the catalyst in the execution of building and maintaining a scalable sales and marketing engine. The role will be tasked with managing the revenue tech stack to ensure it is set up to execute a data-driven strategy and enable best in class practices. In addition, the position will oversee the optimization of revenue processes and management of KPIs, working closely with both the VP of Marketing and CRO. This individual will also play a key role in supporting the overall growth efforts of the company and work cross-functionally to lead or assist on important projects, providing reports that allow management to make strategic decisions within the revenue department.

  • Main point of contact for Revenue Tech-Stack Management: HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesloft (certifications are not necessary, but relevant experience is required):
  • Develop and implement standardized practices and procedures
  • Monitor data for quality and implement practices to improve data integrity
  • Manage integrations
  • User setup and enablement
  • Case management (collect business requirements and collaborate with colleagues to create, test, deploy and enable solutions)
  • Dashboard and Reporting: Create and Interpret data and present actionable insights to support sales and marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Funnel Optimization: Monitor and conduct analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Work closely with Marketing, SDR, Sales teams to:
  • Innovate new processes, technology, data to continuously improve
  • Develop strategies to generate and capture demand
  • Implement and maintain, reports and dashboards to measure performance and deliver actionable insights
  • Understand and optimize programs (scoring, nurtures, digital, events, etc.)
  • Track, analyze and create monthly executive reporting data, inclusive of KPIs, translating the impact of KPI results on upcoming performance targets for Leadership.
  • Collaborate regularly with all levels across the organization.
  • Oversee the development of collateral that can be used for training purposes and to promote best practices.
  • Create and maintain policies, training, and resource materials.
  • Assist with the onboarding and training process of new sales and marketing staff.

  • 6+ Years of Sales and Marketing Operations (or Sales and Marketing Consulting)
  • Experience developing and operationalizing an effective lead and sales management process
  • Project Management experience in designing, implementing, and managing projects
  • Leadership and Emotional Intelligence
  • Ability to hold others accountable and influence outcomes
  • Ability to develop collaborative cross-functional relationships and inspire others

  • The base salary range* for this full-time position is between $120,000 - $135,000
