  • Serve as a bridge between technical and business units, facilitating seamless communication and ensuring alignment with business goals. Regularly update all relevant parties on project progress.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources for software development, ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Manage crises and risks, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing work and project timelines.
  • Recommend or automate approaches to streamline and integrate technological processes and systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development.
  • Ensure the security of software solutions, implementing measures to protect against vulnerabilities.
  • Promote continuous improvement by implementing efficient development processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity, software quality, and risk management.
