Position: Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative

As a Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the key link between our customers and fleet operators, ensuring every piece of the puzzle fits just right. From assessing customer needs to dispatching the appropriate equipment, you’ll orchestrate the flow of information and operations to keep everything running like clockwork. - Answer and respond to customer calls with care and efficiency.
- Collect information and dispatch fleet operators using our real-time system.
- Provide accurate service estimates and manage customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Solve the daily puzzle of logistics—efficiently dispatching resources and managing documentation to ensure smooth operations.
- Problem-solve on the go, prioritizing tasks as they come up in a fast-moving environment.
- Handle customer invoices, process payments, and ensure accuracy.
