The Door Estimator / Project Manager will ensure our Niagara/GTA customers are supported and our goal of continued growth in the area is achieved.

• Field incoming customer inquiries for preventive maintenance, repairs, and new installations
• Estimate new overhead door and automatic door related products
• Stay up to date and price projects for new construction tenders
• Actively generate new sales opportunities with customers in the West GTA and Niagara for our services and products
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure realization of customers’ expectations
• Perform follow-ups as required
• Travel to customer sites to discuss new opportunities and take measurements for estimates
• Capture account activity and opportunities in the estimating and service software
• Manage projects for timeline, cost control and customer satisfaction
• Learn and maintain product and industry related knowledge
• Develop and nurture strong working relationships with the Ventri team and our suppliers
