Join Corporate Human Resources (HR) team that plays an integral role in designing, implementing, and managing global initiatives across the firm.

As a Early Careers Servicing Specialist, you will help support all key operational activities as part of the early careers season. This position will play a key role in building, maintaining and continuously improving operational processes, systems and capabilities to support the increasingly complex operational needs of the business, driven from increasing volumes and regulatory requirements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS
- Strong focus on operational excellence, able to handle/manage end to end processes seamlessly
- Effective organization, planning and multi-tasking skills, while also maintaining high quality and attention to detail
- Ability to extrapolate information and data; capacity to quickly learn concepts and understand how to apply them in unique situations
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a rapidly changing environment
- Communicates effectively across teams to ensure key ops activities are completed in a timely manner
- Strong attention to detail and strong focus of data integrity
- Eagerness to learn the organization and capability needs within a complex business
- Ability to handle HR information and data both confidentially and sensitively
- Team player combined with motivation to work individually
- Creative thinker – you know how to solve problems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support role or a support role for HR
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Capability of working with high volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and constantly prioritize workload

Responsibilities:
- Support end to end recruiting operations process, including requisition management, offer creation, post-offer / pre-hire process
- Work closely with key partners across the early careers function as well as key partners in GES including recruiting operations and onboarding.
- Support system season readiness: completeness of program name and number list, request for new prescreening questions, job descriptions, and requisition templates, confirmation on readiness of offer letter paragraphs, system testing
- Escalate any issues and supports, driving exceptional service to our client base (recruiters) and improving upon the current structure.
- Share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and work through ways to streamline the process for the client
- Maintain Human Resources records in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
