In this role as an Education, Marketing & Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in growing Diabetes team, delivering a 5-star customer experience, and driving loyalty within our patient community.
The Education, Marketing and Sales Coordinator is responsible for executing sales and marketing initiatives including event and sponsorship coordination, list management, email marketing and administrative support. They will also play an important role in managing the team’s work-in-progress (WIP) to ensure all project are delivered on time and be the conduit between the sales and marketing team
The key role is ensuring sales, marketing and education are aligned and the project management of these three very dynamic teams to deliver AOP.
Working with a team of wonderful individuals across multiple teams, you’d have insight into multiple aspects of the business and organisation.
The successful applicant will work well under pressure, be able to coordinate across multiple priorities, respond to different stakeholders and business needs, and manage a combination of administrative system support as well as creative execution and implementation.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers.
  • Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.
  • Ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives.
  • Maintains communication with customers to ensure effectiveness of training.
  • May utilize trainers with technical expertise.
  • Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
  • Other general responsibilities & duties that may be assigned:
  • Provides general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining WIP reports and general project management.
  • Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor’s assignment.
  • Administers inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes.
  • Responsible for coordinating travel for Medtronic ambassadors and HCPs
  • Working, collaboration and briefing with functions that work with the business units as freelancers, Finance department, marketing, compliance etc.
  • Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor’s assignment ie. reporting of socials, paid, email, pump funnel and salesforce campaigns
  • Coordinating marketing initiatives, HCP meetings , congresses and local courses with sales reps.
  • Working with Medtronic systems for compliance, events and budget.

Must Haves

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Solid (3+ years) relevant experience in team administration support & meetings and event support
  • Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams is highly desirable
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong ability to prioritise and multitask to ensure the achievement of individual accountability, and team success
  • Resilience and calmness in challenging situations
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers (both internal and external) at all levels
  • Proficiency with MS 365 Office suite Excel
