- Department: Diagnostic Cardiology
- Schedule: Full-time day, Monday - Friday

REQUIREMENTS
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic electrocardiograms (EKGs).
- Attach, connect, and operate electrodes from specified body areas to lead from electrocardiograph machine.
- Review patient’s record and instruct patients prior to procedures.
- Monitor patient during procedures and report any abnormal findings.
- Identify and correct for artifacts.
- Edit and forward results to attending physician for analysisand interpretation.
- Maintain EKG equipment and supplies.
