JOB- SPECIFIC SKILLS:

• Deep Knowledge in trade of Electrical / ELV.
• Proficient in the use of Revit and Navisworks/Navigator software with 4D Simulation.
• Creation of MMS parameters to BIM execution plan.
• Proficient in Parametric Family Creation to the project requirements.
• Generation of clash free models / reports in requirement of project engineers.
• Reviewing Design Issues and Coordinate between all engineering disciplines to resolve issues and ensure delivery.
• Familiar with all M&E submission process & should have deep knowledge of DEWA/ADEWA/SEWA requirements.
• Knowledge of Creating the Electrical Load schedule and Voltage drop calculation.
• Knowledge of all Electrical & ELV systems.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 7 years of experience.

MINIMUM CERTIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in mechanical/electrical.

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

Reporting to and assisting the engineering team in the daily supervision and monitoring of the project work execution and implementing the entire project as per the client’s requirements and determined objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

The candidate would be responsible for producing detailed design and tender documentation for the MEP services comprising:

• System Schematics
• Individual Engineering Services Drawings (both layouts and sections)
• Combined Services Models – including clash analysis of the individual services drawings with other services, architecture, structures and third-party systems
• Coordination and management of off shore BIM Resources including file management and checking of deliverables before being passed to the individual engineers.
