Description:
Overview:
Responsible for the One Identity channel marketing motion across EMEA, forming an important part of One Identity’s global channel marketing team. This person will be responsible for the planning and execution of effective marketing programs to and through various partner segments across EMEA to drive business objectives and grow the channel business. This person has in-depth knowledge of the EMEA channel market, both 1-tier and 2-tier models. They are organized, proactive, build strong relationships and work with minimal direction.
Responsibilities:
- Own the quarterly partner marketing plan across EMEA.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to and through channel partners.
- Work with key EMEA partners and One Identity sales teams to develop marketing plans that drive business objectives (recruitment, pipeline, acceleration) for partner segments such as Distribution, GSIs and VARs.
- Coordinate the execution of the marketing plan by working with functional team members and partners on tactics such as virtual and physical pipeline generation events and activities, emails and content syndication, ABM, PIFs, sales enablement and training, funded head activities, etc.
- Develops go-to-market communications strategy and tactics for channel, aligned with global guidance.
- Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders, such as program managers, product marketing, and a complex channel sales organization.
- Responsible for the strategy and execution of the channel marketing component of corporate events.
- Manage and track MDF and OPEX budgets, including recommendation and approvals.
- Track campaign and program performance and registered deal influence.
- Communicate and present quarterly plans, results, and optimizations to marketing and sales teams and other key stakeholders.
- Ensures One Identity brand values are maintained by our Channel Partners.
- Works with procurement as appropriate for engaging vendors required for development and execution of marketing programs.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience, working in EMEA channel marketing for a software or information technology company with proven results.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities at any given time.
- Well versed in the channel, great written and verbal communications skills, and a self-starter
- Significant coordination with a complex sales organization.
