Responsibilities:

As the Employee Engagement Business Partner, you serve as the Single Point of Contact for the Corporate Processes & Information Technology (CPIT) Unit Client Services. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving employee and executive engagement initiatives for the unit CPIT Client Services, supporting the unit’s objectives, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency of employee engagement activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and drive the successful implementation of employee and executive engagement activities, focusing on standardized content delivery and value driven storytelling
  • Oversee the unit´s most relevant achievements, evaluate internal and external opportunities for content placement and steer the achievement collection
  • Manage business specific campaigns to ensure a consistent messaging across CPIT and SAP.
  • Manage the central communication infrastructure and tools to enhance overall communication efficiency
  • Conduct governance of communication assets and manage relevant stakeholders and communities to ensure consistency across the CPIT organization
  • Support external executive engagements and ensure a unified, one-voice messaging
  • Provide tailored support to meet the unique needs of the unit Client Services
