Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, coach and manage a team of skilled Pega developers, fostering their professional growth and career development.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, goal setting, and feedback conversations.
  • Play an active role in promotions and performance management of your direct reports.
  • Monitor and manage your people’s well-being, workload, and stress levels.
  • Foster a safe, innovative and inclusive environment that encourages continuous improvement.
  • Align closely with the POs and other stakeholders to help improve collaboration in your team.
  • Collaborate closely with our chapter lead and your fellow EMs to build an engineering chapter with top-tier PEGA expertise and delivery performance in the market.
  • Drive our hiring processes to attract, hire, and retain top Pega talent.
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with Pega low-code technology and the Pega Express Delivery approach for rapid application development
