LOCATION: Scottsdale AZ 85257, Position is fully on-site, OR Hybrid/Flex. Must be able to be on site as needed
MAX RATE: $56/hr W2 (no health benefits while on contract)
GeoLogics is currently seeking an Engineering Project Lead and Release Manager in Scottsdale, AZ

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

As a Project Lead and Release Manager, you will work closely with a diverse engineering team, the program management office, as well as our call center and field support representatives to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all projects and tasks.
Your main responsibilities will include proposing, planning, executing, and delivering project deliverables. This entails defining objectives, creating schedules, and collaborating among stakeholders and ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and schedule. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and uphold quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Proficient knowledge of various project life cycles including agile
Fully proficient ability to communicate issues, impacts, and corrective actions
Fully proficient ability to easily and effectively communicate project topics to a diverse audience
Fully proficient ability to clearly report relevant information
Ability to understand and apply project leadership principles including SPI/CPI, Earned Value, Cost Account Management (CAM), and Statistical Process Controls for complex programs
Fully proficient ability to anticipate technology, process, and skill needs
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master’s degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
