Description:
Come and join our dynamic, diverse, and collaborative Chief of Staff team! The Chief of Staff (CoS) team within the Microsoft Canada Enterprise team is at the core of our business, supporting the strategy and execution for the Office of the President. We are a cross-functional team that drives Canada-wide workstreams in partnership with our business stakeholders. As a member of our Chief of Staff team, you will play a crucial role in driving change, leading and landing programs, and supporting the business with insights to influence strategy and direction. Your contributions will help us prioritize our initiatives and make informed decisions that drive our business forward.
As an Enterprise Sales Excellence Specialist, you will provide actionable insights, guiding and optimizing the sales process and supporting sales teams and leaders. REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Finance, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development, marketing, consulting, or a related field
- OR equivalent experience.
ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (PQS)
- 4+ years experience in sales, sales operations/management, finance, program management, consulting, or a related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
- 3+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
- 3+ years managing projects, including planning, managing timelines, and tracking progress, and/or change management experience.
Sales Excellence IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $66,500 - CAD $128,300 per year.

Responsibilities:
- You will support a predictable rhythm of the connection (RoC), and identify opportunities to improve the RoC cadence within the supported segment. You’ll contribute to sales and consumption strategies, and help put in place prioritized sales plays.
- You will build relationships with sales, consumption, and support teams, and show them how to become more effective coaches to their sellers. You’ll contribute to plans to get sales, consumptions, and support teams to create new habits.
- You will contribute to efforts to optimize sales, consumption, and support team capabilities. You’ll also partner with leaders to remove sales and consumption roadblocks, increase customer face time, and enhance seller effectiveness.
- You will leverage reporting and analytical capabilities to create data-based insights for sellers and managers. And, you’ll ensure sales and consumption adhere to processes and standards, helping hold managers accountable when necessary.
