YOUR PROFILE
- We are looking for a self-motivated, self-driven, curious, open-minded and flexible professional with functional knowledge and experience in SAP Cloud ALM (CALM for Service), ALM methodology, Service Delivery methodology topics with willingness to learn more
- Fluent in English & german, both written and spoken
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, internally and externally, with appropriate discretion where required
- Strong presentation skills both in creating and delivering presentations for varying audiences
- Problem-solving aptitude with results focused customer centric mindset
- Ability to deliver results, work independently, and take ownership to drive topics forward
Responsibilities:
This position is within the Essential Adoption Services & Automations; part of the Adoption Services Center (ASC) organization.
- Align with SAP strategy to develop and drive SAP Enterprise Support (ES) & SAP Enterprise Support Cloud Edition (ESCE) portfolio, guidance and scale delivery to help customers with their SAP transformation journey
- Close collaboration with other roles within the Adoption Services Center teams, and beyond, on investment needs, product strategy, go-to-market, portfolio consumption and scaling content delivery
- Design scalable, modern, self-consumable ES & ESCE foundational content to support customer’s business objectives and adoption of SAP solutions
- Manage the creation and curation of ES & ESCE foundational content, ensuring consistency across solutions and offerings
- Actively seek opportunities to collaborate across teams to improve the ES & ESCE portfolio and the overall customer experience
- Co-innovate and pilot with customers to ensure content and formats remain cutting edge
- Provide advisory & guidance to customers through ES & ESCE foundational offerings on a scalable delivery platform
- Raise awareness of SAP ES portfolio & offerings with customers and across SAP; champion our achievements and customer success
