Our team is growing, and as a result we’re adding a Remediation Project Manager to our group. You will be responsible for driving contaminated downstream sites to closure through your work with a close-knit team of engineering specialists, professionals, and technical staff.

Responsibilities:

  • You participate in a team environment, work closely with Project Coordinators, other Project Managers, Senior Project Directors/Technical Leads and Field Technicians/Scientists/Engineers
  • You prepare Health and Safety plans and Emergency response plans
  • You prepare proposals and cost estimates, schedule field staff and subcontractors, compile data for, and write, reports including preparing conclusions and recommendations
  • You are responsible for project accounting, tracking and reporting requirements to the terms of reference under WSP’s Master Services Agreements
  • You train junior staff in environmental practices and conduct site visits to ensure safety and technical requirements are meeting our high standards.
  • You interface with clients to ensure needs are met and projects/proposals are moving forward - Work with other members of the team to ensure provision of the support necessary for completion of projects
  • You work with and provide support to other members of the Remediation Program Management Group in sharing health and safety, project management, project completion and client service responsibilitie
