Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Program Manager is fully responsible for program success. The Program Manager must be an excellent cross-functional communicator, exhibit strong leadership qualities, be able to influence and adapt to a dynamic environment; collaborating closely with commercial, technical, and supply teams to ensure alignment with company goals, drive operational excellence, and deliver superior value to our customers.
- Oversee entire program end-to-end, ensuring a high level of success and satisfaction, specific to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare comprehensive status reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate program documentation, including contracts and agreements.
- Provide direction to program support team, ensuring regular communication and reporting of program status, milestones, and key deliverables.
- Allocate resources to secure efficiency, productivity, audits, and validation of I.P.
Qualifications:
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL FOR THIS ROLE?
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or Agile certification preferred.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex programs with multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma.
- Experienced 8+ years work experience in related fields
- Expected travel: 30%
