ERP Finance Specialist

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

It is a prerequisite that the candidate has experience working within the finance area with ERP systems both in relation to operations, the finance processes, but also configuration in an ERP system. Maybe you have been involved in an ERP implementation before.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience from ERP
• Experience working with or in a Finance department
• Good knowledge and understanding of Business Processes within Direct To Consumer sales and Business to Business
• Experience of process mapping and documentation in connection to ERP

• Experience with stakeholder managementFluent in English, oral and written.

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU

At GANNI we are building a modern tech stack and in the heart of our IT landscape sits our ERP system. Now we are looking for a tech-savvy person, who can help us optimize short term while starting our journey towards our future.
The candidate will work within the ERP team and report to the ERP Manager, while also working closely with our external developers and with stakeholders across different departments – mainly the Finance department. On top of this, you will also be working with external suppliers, so having experience with supplier management will be an advantage (but not a prerequisite).
You will play an important role in representing ERP in cross functional projects with focus on keeping things simple and creating as much value as possible. You will also be responsible for driving finance initiatives related to optimization in our ERP with focus on process improvements together with external developers. After go-live, you will play an important role in the hypercare period to secure a good handover to operations. You have a service minded thinking, and you will support the business with ad hoc questions when needed.
The candidate will have close collaboration, especially with the Finance team on a daily basis, since optimizations, backlog and projects will be part of the role. The person will be the “bridge” between our IT department and the business requirements on the finance side and it is therefore important that the candidate easily understand the financial processes with a strong focus on efficiency.
In parallel with this you will play a critical role in the strategic journey that we are on in terms of future proofing our ERP platform with detailed mapping around AS-IS, TO-BE and GAP identifications.
To be successful, you will establish excellent relations with your colleagues in the digital team and across business departments especially the finance department. You will have a big appetite to understand the existing processes and be able to translate these into new exciting opportunities that GANNI is facing.
Your ERP finance process mindset will be much valued both in design phases to ensure that solutions being planned are sound and efficient from a business point of view. In the later phases you will be hands-on and play a critical role to ensure the delivered solution meets the success criteria before go-live. To be successful you always secure documentation and process mapping of existing and new solutions to continuously refine and improve them further.

• Lead and drive ERP optimization initiatives and play an important part in further optimizing our current processes and solutions to ensure operational excellence.
• Lead and drive external development resources.
• Represent ERP in cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Play a key role in the ERP Journey and participate in different tasks that would help us prepare for changing or upgrading our ERP platform.
• Establish a close collaboration across business departments especially the finance department
