SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Proficiency in SQL database management, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in database server management, navigation, and diagnosis.
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports and Sage 300 ERP (or similar) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
As our ERP Technical Lead, you will report directly to the IT Manager and take the lead in managing our ERP system. This position offers flexibility while being based at our National Support Office in Mangere. Your responsibilities will include providing expert-level guidance on ERP system architecture, integration, and customisation. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and implement process enhancements through effective ERP configuration and optimisation, while also ensuring the security, integrity, and compliance of ERP system data.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and support of the ERP system.
- Design, develop, and implement configurations, customisations, and integrations within the ERP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ERP system and its users.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Ensure data integrity and security throughout the ERP system.
- Conduct system audits and performance tuning to optimize efficiency.
- Work with the IT team on infrastructure upgrades and enhancements.
- Collaborate with other product leads to ensure cohesive operations.
- Undertake small to medium-sized IT projects as directed by the IT Manager.
