We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Events Account Manager to join our central event sales team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a successful and proactive team that handles event sales for all Firmdale London properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in organising events from a venue perspective within hotels, clubs, or similar venues in London. Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary contact for client bookings, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial enquiry through to after-sales care.
- Oversee the coordination of event bookings across our properties, managing each event’s lifecycle to ensure all client needs are met.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships while actively seeking opportunities to introduce new clients to our venues.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for repeat business and further event bookings.
- Produce contracts, event booking orders, and generate invoices with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilise the event booking system Delphi efficiently and accurately to manage all bookings and client information.
- Conduct engaging and inspirational tours of our hotels and event spaces, showcasing the unique features and services of each property.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best quality and value for our clients.
