ABOUT THE ROLE
This permanent part-time role (3 days per week) provides support to both the Executive Producer, APRA Awards and Events and Event Coordinators in planning internal and external conferences, Awards nights and other events across the organisation.
We are open for this role to be undertaken from our Sydney office or Brisbane office .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, ALTHOUGH NOT LIMITED TO:
- Assist with planning of APRA AMCOS’s events
- Maintain current information on all Awards events in various across all online formats in conjunction with APRA AMCOS’s internal communication’s department
- Manage in-house eventsProvide administrative support within the Marketing, Communications and Events Division.
